Android Installation Guide

How to Install the y9998 App on Your Android Phone

Installing the Android APK takes about two minutes. The only step that differs from a standard app install is enabling the "unknown sources" permission, which is a standard Android security setting for apps downloaded outside the Play Store. Here is the full process.

Register or Log In on the Website First

If you do not have a y9998 account yet, create one on the website or in the browser before downloading the app. Your account credentials will be the same on the app.

Tap the Android Download Button

Use the Android download button on this page to start the APK download. Your browser will download the file to your phone's default download folder.

Allow Installation from Unknown Sources

Go to Settings → Security (or Privacy on newer Android versions) → enable "Install unknown apps" for your browser. This is a one-time step. Android will prompt you automatically when you open the APK.

Open the APK and Install

Find the downloaded APK in your notifications bar or downloads folder. Tap it, confirm the install prompt and the app will be on your home screen within seconds.

Log In with Your y9998 Account

Open the app, enter your registered email and password (or use biometric login if you set it up). Your account balance, bet history and preferences are all synced from the platform instantly.

App Features

What the y9998 App Does That a Mobile Browser Cannot Match

Using y9998 through a mobile browser works fine, but the dedicated app goes a step further in several areas that Pakistani players will notice immediately.

Push Notifications for Live Matches

Get an alert the moment a PSL game is about to start, when a match you have bet on sees a significant event, or when a new promotion is live. You set which notifications you want — the app does not spam you.

Biometric Login — Face ID and Fingerprint

Log in instantly with Face ID on compatible iPhones or fingerprint on Android. No typing your password every session. Particularly useful when you want to check live odds quickly during a match.

Faster Load Times than Browser

The app caches interface assets locally, so lobbies, game lists and odds pages load noticeably faster than opening a browser tab, especially on congested networks during peak hours.

Mobile-Optimised Interface

Betting slip, game tiles, live dealer video and the account section are all sized and spaced for touchscreen use. Nothing feels cramped or requires zoom-in to tap the right button.

Resilient on Unstable Connections

The app handles brief connection drops without logging you out or losing your current bet slip. When the signal comes back, the session resumes from where it left off.

Full Deposit and Withdrawal Access

JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and card payments all work from within the app. You do not need to switch to a browser to fund your account or request a withdrawal.

App in Practice

Using the y9998 App During PSL Season and Beyond

During PSL season, the y9998 app becomes the go-to screen for a lot of Pakistani users. The app surfaces upcoming PSL fixtures prominently on the home screen with the current market highlights visible without having to navigate anywhere. If Karachi Kings are playing Lahore Qalandars tonight, the match winner odds, top batsman market and over/under runs are a single tap away from the home screen.

Live in-play betting through the app is particularly well thought out. The ball-by-ball markets update in real time and the interface does not reload the whole page when odds change — only the affected numbers update, which keeps the display stable even while prices are moving rapidly. This is noticeable when a wicket falls and the market shifts quickly. On a browser that would often cause a page flash or scroll position reset. On the app it is a smooth in-place update.

Beyond cricket, the app gives you access to the full y9998 casino with all 1,000+ games loading correctly on mobile screens. Slot games are properly formatted for portrait mode play — the reels, buttons and paytable all fit without horizontal scrolling. Live casino tables are streamed in HD with automatic quality adjustment based on your current connection speed, so a patchy 4G signal does not necessarily mean a pixelated feed.

Bingo on mobile deserves a special mention. The card marking, room chat and prize tracking all work cleanly in the app's Bingo section. If you are in a 90-ball room and want to follow multiple cards at once, the mobile layout handles this without the screen feeling cluttered.

Account management through the app is straightforward. Deposit history, withdrawal requests, active bonus status and bet history are all accessible from the account section. If you want to set a deposit limit or configure session time reminders from the responsible gaming tools, that is also done from within the app settings — no need to log in on desktop to manage your account preferences.

Download FAQ

Common Questions About the y9998 App Download

Yes, the y9998 app is completely free to download and install on both Android and iOS. There are no download fees, no subscription charges for the app itself and no in-app purchase required to access any part of the platform. You only spend money if you choose to deposit and play.

Android's default security setting blocks installation of apps downloaded from outside the Google Play Store. Because the y9998 APK is distributed directly from the y9998 website rather than the Play Store, you need to grant your browser permission to install apps one time. This is a standard Android process and does not make your device less secure — you can re-disable the permission after installation if you prefer.

The app supports Android 6.0 and above, which covers the vast majority of Android phones currently in use in Pakistan. Devices running Android 5 or older may not be compatible. Mid-range and budget Android phones running Android 8 or 9 — common across Pakistan — run the app well. You do not need a flagship device to use y9998 comfortably.

Yes. Your y9998 account works across every access point — the Android app, the iOS app and the mobile or desktop browser. Your balance, bet history, bonuses and account settings are all the same regardless of how you log in. You can place a bet in the app and check the result in the browser without any discrepancy.

The app handles updates internally. When a new version is available, you will see an update prompt inside the app on your next login. Tapping update downloads and installs the new version automatically. Alternatively, you can always download the latest APK from this page and install it over the existing version — your account data and settings are preserved.

Yes. The full payment section is available within the app. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, internet banking and debit or credit card deposits all work from the app's deposit screen. You do not need to switch to a browser to fund your account. Withdrawals back to your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet are also processed through the app's withdrawal section.

Absolutely. The y9998 website is fully optimised for mobile browsers. You get access to every section — betting, casino, live casino, Bingo and account management — through Chrome, Safari or any modern mobile browser without installing anything. The app provides additional conveniences like push notifications and biometric login, but the browser version is a complete experience on its own.
